ENRICHING EXPERIENCE FOR STUDENTS OF INDIVIDUAL CARE

In June and July 2024, AMFI International, in partnership with the Vilnius Agroecology Training Center, welcomed a group of aspiring students and graduates of individual care worker profession. Thanks to the Erasmus+ KA1 project No. 2024-1-LT01-KA121-VET-000206403, these Lithuanian students had the unique opportunity to experience the benefits of international mobility, both professional and cultural.
This invaluable experience strengthened the professional competences of participants, and will give them a better match of the needs of the labor market, which is especially important for graduates. During a three-week period participants took care of people with special needs, assisted them in daily situations and have improved significantly as individual care professionals.
Beyond the individual care expertise, participants enriched their personal growth as they embraced the Italian way of life, delved into its rich history, and explored the timeless beauty of Rome and other captivating destinations.
