AMFI International, in cooperation with Vilnius School of Public Utilities, during the May 2024,
hosted a group of builder/decorator profession students. The Erasmus+ KA1 project No. 2023-1-
LT01-KA121-VET-000121618 gave Lithuanians the possibility to deepen their knowledge and skills,
get in touch with the Italian culture and lifestyle.
The main goal of the implemented mobility was to improve learners' professional skills in real
workplaces in foreign companies in order to achieve competitive in the labor market.
This Erasmus+ mobility experience let participants to deepen their professional knowledge and skills,
improve their abilities in performing primary building/decorating works.
Mobility is not only for professional, but also for a personal development, therefore participants were able to get in touch
with the Italian culture and lifestyle.
I enjoyed reading about how the Erasmus internships are helping participants gain practical experience while developing new skills in real working environments. Opportunities like these can make a huge difference because classroom learning often feels more meaningful when applied to real projects. During a particularly demanding semester, I used to do my assignment for me became a phrase I searched for while balancing coursework with hands-on training and tight deadlines.
