The formal education system (schools, universities, professional training) is aimed at providing young people with some knowledge in order to be included in society. Unfortunately, in many instances, the formal education system does not offer sufficient knowledge to satisfy young people needs. For this reason, for their personal development young people necessitate of other sources of learning.

During the training course, participants will understand the different learning methods comparing them and considering why and how non-formal education can represent a second chance for the young target groups, being them at social risk and with fewer opportunities.
