Job-shadowing experience for teachers from Vilnius School of Public Utilities

From May 9 to May 13, 2023, 3 teachers from Vilnius School of Public Utilities, Lithuania participated in job-shadowing activities in Avezzano, Italy, in cooperation with AMFI INTERNATIONAL. Job-shadowing mobility was implemented by Erasmus+ project No. 2022-1-LT01-KA121-VET-000054502.
Described Erasmus activities were implemented seeking to improve the professional training process of Vilnius School of Public Utilities, to promote the development of teachers based on the experience of foreign countries.
During the job-shadowing mobility teachers acquired knowledge, skills and competences to evaluate the learning achievements of students during vocational education. Participant also got acquainted with modern methods of assessing, testing and evaluating student achievements, as well as their application in theoretical and practical professional training.
At the end of their mobility, participants received a Certificate of Attendance.
